My NIW Eb-2 I-140 was approved in 8 months. I highly recommend Chen Immigration Attorneys, they are fast and responsive and completely guided me in the process from day 1. Completing the NIW application is a lot of work and will take months of preparation on both ends, however I have a huge sense of accomplishment now. A friend of mine recommended me to this immigration lawyers firm in late 2019 as I wanted to pursue my O-1A VISA application. I have earned a Ph.D. in STEM field and work as research scientist in an industry. After initial free of cost evaluation of my case I was offered ‘Approval or Refund Policy’.
