Their responses to my concerns are swift though in their website they say 'we respond within 24h of your query'. They drafted very strong recommendation letters and some of my referees quite liked the letters and did not make any changes to it. They stick to the timeline they provide in their online portal and finish the respective tasks on time. Some times if I delay, they poke me to fasten the process from my side. Due to this awesome experience I am retaining their firm for I-485 processing. I also recommended one of my friend to go with this firm and as per my conversation with him, he is happy with their work.
