I got my I-140 approved about 4 month without RFE. I very much appreciate Chen team. They are very professional and effective. Every time I left a message or ask any questions, they always replied and answered my questions very clearly within 48 hours. They were very effective and professional in drafting recommendation letters and petition letters.
