Chen are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and have really fast turnouts of the documents. They are also very responsive to messages and you never feel like you are working with someone distant, I was a little nervous initially to hire somebody who I will not be visiting in the office, it turned out to be way better though. They offer unlimited inquiries, which makes it very easy to prepare your documents with their assistance, and they are very thorough when it comes to specific questions and possible scenarios.
