EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) Approval Received on March 24th, 2014 for a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Field of Molecular Genetics (Approval Notice)

General Field: Molecular Genetics

Position at the Time of Case Filing: Postdoctoral Researcher

Country of Origin: India

Service Center: Texas Service Center (TSC)

State of Residence at the Time of Filing:  Texas

Approval Notice Date: March 24, 2014

Processing Time: 4 months, 23 days

Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law GroupWeGreened.com recently had the pleasure of working with a Postdoctoral Researcher from India working in the field of molecular genetics. Her work had focused specifically on two areas: 1) Male fertility genetics to understand the genetics of Y chromosomes and its association with mammalian male fertility through the use of a horse model, and 2) Disease genetics to identify the genes responsible for complex, rare pediatric orthopedic diseases such as scoliosis, macrodactyly as well as cancer-like chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).  We successfully demonstrated that her continued employment in the field would benefit those in her field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving her highly significant contributions to her field, including at least 8 peer-reviewed journal articles and numerous conference papers.  These publications had been cited at least 85 times at the time of case filing, demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field of molecular genetics.  The merit of our client’s work was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[She] confirmed the pathway activation in our patient’s nerve cells, demonstrating for the first time that P13K/AKT activation in nerve tissue causes macrodactyly in children, whereas other overgrowth syndromes occur when such activation occurs in other tissues. . . Consequently [her] work has led directly to a proposal for new, non-surgical treatment for macrodactyly patients.”  Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. Her NIW petition was approved in 4 months and 23 days.

North America Immigration Law GroupWeGreened.com ( Also known as Chen Immigration Law Associates) is one of the major U.S. immigration law firms with the focus on the petitions of EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers/Professors) categories.

We are pleased to announce that we have more than 600 EB1 and NIW case approvals in the year of 2013 and overall approval rate exceeds 98.5%*, which makes us a leading U.S. immigration law firm with the most approval cases and highest successful rate in the field of NIW/EB1 I-140 immigration petitions. This year (2013), we got more than 516 physical approval notices of EB-1 and EB-2 NIW cases with the approval rate exceeding 98.5%*. Those approvals notices are from clients who retained us from the beginning of the case preparation. In addition, we also successfully helped around additional 70 clients preparing their RFE (Request for Evidence) responses that were originally filed by other law firms or by DIY clients filing the cases themselves. In addition, we helped around 30 clients preparing for their EB1B cases for their employers to file. In these cases, we are not able to get approval notices as we are not the attorney on record.

We provide the most comprehensive service for NIW (National Interest Waiver) and EB-1 petitions, including drafting recommendation letters (from the scratch), drafting the petition letter and respond to RFE (without extra charge). Qualified clients are entitled to our “approval or refund” service and if in a rare case the petition is denied, the attorney fee will be refunded. Our policy is specified in our retainer agreement and is binding to us. Because of the quality of our service, our clients comments and reviews are also impeccable.
