Case Summary:
Just 14 days after North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a sustainable materials manager from Iran, we received confirmation of case approval from Texas Service Center.
Our client has a strong academic background including two master’s degrees in in industrial engineering, and environmental science, and his impactful research has led to 5 peer-reviewed journal articles and 5 peer-reviewed conference articles. These publications were well received by the scientific community and were cited 73 times at the time of filing.
