Case Summary:
With a doctoral degree and years of experience progressing the field of stem cell biology, our client seemed like a shoo-in for EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) approval. Even so, we carefully evaluated his credentials to be sure that his chances of obtaining petition approval were high, and once we confirmed that we could build a solid case for him, we countersigned the retainer agreement.

These letters supported our argument that our client is one of only a small handful of researchers who is held in such high esteem by other members of the scientific community. In the words of one of his recommenders: “As a stem cell biologist, [Client] has repeatedly produced research that has enabled him to remain at the forefront of this evolving field. In my estimation, he has no suitable replacement at this time.” Another expert echoed his sentiments by stating: “[Client] has proven himself to be among the top researchers in stem cell biology today and is an indisputable asset to the United States.”
Filing with Premium Processing (PP):
