Case Summary:

With a doctorate in virology and extensive experience researching the field of molecular biology, our client had suitable credentials to file his I-140 petition (first step in the green card process) under EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability). Before initiating the contract, we conducted a thorough analysis of his credentials to be absolutely certain that we could build a strong case on his behalf and once we concluded that we could, an attorney-client relationship was subsequently established.

Filing an I-485 application:
