Case Summary:
The Texas Service Center (TSC) found our client, a Chinese principal scientist, to be a deserving candidate for EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability). The fact that his work aids the United States in developing targeted cancer treatments undoubtedly paved the way for EB-1A approval. Before establishing an attorney-client relationship, North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) carefully studied our client’s credentials to determine their veracity. He is an eminent researcher performing work in this field, and his continued presence is vital to its timely and enduring progress.” The customized EB-1A petition packet which we arranged for our client also included tables and figures to indicate that our client’s publications have been cited at a much higher rate than those of other researchers in the field, distinguishing him from his peers.
