Case Summary:

With years of experience working in the field of molecular biology under his belt, our client had amassed an impressive array of accomplishments that made him a suitable candidate for EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability). Our client, a clinical data analyst from Taiwan, hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him obtain green card success. 2. Publication, Citation & Peer Review Record: When we filed the case, our client’s publication record stood at 22 scientific papers, his citation count was a staggering 1647, and he had conducted 4 peer reviews for scientific journals.
3. Research Information: We determined that our client’s work is focused on the characterization of micro-ribonucleic acids (miRNAs), and that his findings benefit the U.S. medical sector by progressing the understanding of fundamental cellular activities and the development of disease related to miRNAs.

Filing an I-485 Application:
