Case Summary:

This was a unique case, as the client had worked in both the bioengineering and biomechanics fields, but had an established academic background in the pursuit of Mechanical Engineering. This client had published an adequate number of peer reviewed papers (9), but the majority of their evidence was directly related to the influence their work has had on the fields of Bioengineering and Biomechanics. In order to establish a clear and conscience case, we at Chen Immigration Law Associates, highlighted the research completed by the client and how critical it is towards the understanding and research expansion in biomedical, bioengineering and research advances in dental and orthopaedic research.

In order to successfully do this, we implemented strategies tailored to this client’s case. First we assisted in the drafting of 8 letters from established experts in the field, highlighting the influence this client has had to the fields of bioengineering and biomedical research. Finally, we successfully established significant evidence of the original scientific contributions of major significance in the field by highlighting the work completed by the client and reinforced by the expert opinions of the client’s independent referees.
