Case Summary:

An Iranian postdoctoral associate working in the field of chemical engineering hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him obtain green cards for himself and his spouse. Getting a green card is a two-step process: the I-140 petition and the I-485 application. Known as pending filing, our client chose to file his I-485 application a month after his I-140 petition was filed.
