Case Summary: 

A postdoctoral fellow from Egypt initiated the help of North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) when he decided to become an American permanent resident via EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). Our client, whose area of study is immunology, conducts research on the link between viral infections and the onset of chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as on strategies to increase the effectiveness of tuberculosis and Pneumocystis vaccines. Amongst other things, he is well- known for proving a link between Parvovirus B19 and chronic fatigue syndrome, and has developed a tuberculosis vaccine that vastly outperforms the standard vaccine—both of which are crucial to the health and well-being of all Americans.

When we filed our client’s NIW case, he had published 2 scientific journal articles, and his work had gathered 35 citations.
