All in all, six experts contributed letters to support our client’s EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. Our client, a postdoctoral researcher from Nepal, holds a doctoral degree and has conducted extensive research on chemosensors development for biologically and environmentally relevant metal ions and anions.
We were tasked with proving to the USCIS that our client’s work has directly contributed to environmental safety, consumer protection efforts, and disease diagnostics.
