Another exceptional client that Chen Immigration Law Associates had the pleasure of working with was a PhD Candidate from Latvia working in the field of computer science.  His work focused specifically on global-scale data transmission networks, efficiency and security of network protocols and architectures, host-to-host congestion control for TCP, and global routing system. This client wished to seek continued employment in the field of computer science.
