Congratulations to you also, as you promised my NIW was approved. Well done!

On April 7th, 2014 We Received EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) Approval (Approval Notice) for a Research Associate and Visiting Scientist in the Field of Agricultural Science

General Field: Agricultural Science

Position at the Time of Case Filing: Research Associate and Visiting Scientist

Country of Origin: India

Service Center: Texas Service Center (TSC)

State of Residence at the Time of Filing:  Maryland

Approval Notice Date: April 7, 2014

Processing Time: 2 months, 8 days

Case Summary:

The client that North America Immigration Law GroupWeGreened.com had the pleasure of working with in this case was a Research Associate and Visiting Scientist in the field of agricultural science.  His work had focused specifically on the impact of climate change factors and crop reproductive processes to enhance crop yields and increase their tolerance to climate conditions.  We successfully demonstrated that his employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, including at least 12 peer-reviewed journal articles (with 3 more accepted for publication or under review).  These publications had been cited at least 78 times at the time of case filing, demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field of agricultural science.  The intrinsic merit of our client’s work was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[His] work is essential for both consumers and producers, as the sustainability of agriculture and the maintenance of higher yields are important to the increasing demand for food. This demand grows as the worldwide population does, and [his] crop – stress indicators and improved cultivars are helping to prevent a crisis while aiding the economy with regard to agricultural production.”  Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in just over 2 months.

North America Immigration Law GroupWeGreened.com ( Also known as Chen Immigration Law Associates) is one of the major U.S. immigration law firms with the focus on the petitions of EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers/Professors) categories.

We are pleased to announce that we have more than 600 EB1 and NIW case approvals in the year of 2013 and overall approval rate exceeds 98.5%*, which makes us a leading U.S. immigration law firm with the most approval cases and highest successful rate in the field of NIW/EB1 I-140 immigration petitions. This year (2013), we got more than 516 physical approval notices of EB-1 and EB-2 NIW cases with the approval rate exceeding 98.5%*. Those approvals notices are from clients who retained us from the beginning of the case preparation. In addition, we also successfully helped around additional 70 clients preparing their RFE (Request for Evidence) responses that were originally filed by other law firms or by DIY clients filing the cases themselves. In addition, we helped around 30 clients preparing for their EB1B cases for their employers to file. In these cases, we are not able to get approval notices as we are not the attorney on record.

We provide the most comprehensive service for NIW (National Interest Waiver) and EB-1 petitions, including drafting recommendation letters (from the scratch), drafting the petition letter and respond to RFE (without extra charge). Qualified clients are entitled to our “approval or refund” service and if in a rare case the petition is denied, the attorney fee will be refunded. Our policy is specified in our retainer agreement and is binding to us. Because of the quality of our service, our clients comments and reviews are also impeccable.
