My I-140 (NIW) was approved this week!

The efforts put forth by Chen Immigration and Attorneys has been instrumental in obtaining the approvals for my O1-A and EB-1B (I-140) petitions. The approvals came in 4 and 8 days respectively after request for premium processing. However, this did not happen overnight and neither did I want them to happen overnight. Although my credentials were in place for both the petitions, most of the time was spent on preparing the materials and revising them over and over again. I was very busy in my job and barely had time to go over revisions in a continuous basis. However, the team kept at it, always responding to my questions and carefully going over every single piece of text and supporting evidence. Being trained as a scientist during my PhD, I would say, it was more like writing an academic paper with collaborators - everybody invested time and energy into the process and in the end the paper got accepted. This is a win for us all!
It took around 5 months to prepare the materials mostly because of my intermittent involvements but it was worth the wait. That being said, the logical constructs and inferences laid down by my team of lawyers to construct the reasoning as to why I may be suitable candidate in the area of O1-A and EB-1B criteria is outstanding - there simply was not much room to refute the arguments.
