It is my pleasure to write my experience about Chen Lawyers. I applied through EB2-NIW as EB1 was under retrogression for ROW. My application was received by USCIS on April and my I-140 was approved in September. It was extremely critical point for me as I was in F-1 visa and I submitted I-485 for my wife and myself concurrently. I am really lucky to have Chen Lawyers who made everything so smooth.
