The whole application process for I-140 is really long, it is designed to examine your patience, I guess. I had many questions, they answered them very quickly. Though I only worked on I-140 with them, they answered some of the questions regarding I-485 self-filing too. They go in very details for documentation, they are the perfectionist.

They did great, fast, and accurate responses, great job, lead to approval at the first time for my NIW case on J1. The only comment I might have for this group is regarding the recommendation letters and the information need to be known by the applicant. Since the applicant needs the recommendations, and they are mostly from a recommender with no direct relation, it might be difficult for the applicant to email the recommender several times. It is better to let him know everything about the process. For example, when I asked for the resume of the recommender, after the first check by the attorney, she asked me to ask the recommender to shorten his CV for the mentioned reasons. If I did know about the reasons before I asked the recommender to send me his CV, that might be easier and more time efficient process to get what we need at the first try. BTW, their work is great and I am thankful for their help.
