Although my initial petition received an RFE, I was satisfied with the strong response. They guided me in collecting relevant additional evidence and recommendation letters. Their responses and work became slower during the RFE-response stage, which I understand may have been due to the high volume of RFEs they were handling.

My only recommendation would be to expedite the final stage of the RFE response and avoid waiting until the last moment. Although my RFE response package was delivered one day before the deadline, USCIS took an additional four days to update my case status. That one week was extremely stressful.
