I have a long journey with the Chem Immigration Team for both NIW and EB1A petitions.
For NIW, I received approval very quickly after submitting the premium processing request.
For EB1A, I received an RFE at the first-time PP in 2023, and we decided to withdraw. In 2024, they helped to develop a much stronger petition letter and submitted the EB1A second time. After ~15 months, I don't want to wait any longer, so I requested the premium processing. This time, I received approval notification after 7 business days!
