Case Summary:

A Micro Devices Program Manager engaged our diligent services to file an I-140 petition under the EB-2 category (National Interest Waiver) on his behalf. • Considering his research and qualification background, leadership qualities, and subjectmatter knowledge, our client is also exceptionally well-positioned to undertake this work. Thus, we also included two recommendation letters that unwaveringly helped him obtain his NIW application approved, advancing him toward the EB-2 win.
