NIW Approval and Outlook

The I-140 NIW petition was filed on October 23, 2023, upgraded to premium processing, and approved on August 27, 2025. USCIS recognized the client’s strong academic record, high-impact citations, peer review service, and the national importance of his proposed endeavor as sufficient to satisfy the NIW criteria.
