Client’s Testimonial:

Thank you so much for your support!! With reference from my friend, I first know “North America Immigration Law Group” before I started to work on my application. We always had communication through emails and they replied to me timely. From this collaboration with them, I know that they are excellent attorneys and would like to recommend them to anyone needs to fill an immigration application.

Case Summary:

The client that North America Immigration Law GroupWeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with in this case was an assistant research scientist from China. Her work has focused specifically on zoonotic diseases and parasite biology. We successfully demonstrated that her continued employment in the field would benefit those in her field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving her highly significant contributions to her field, including 11 peer-reviewed journal articles (4 of them first-authored) and numerous conference papers. Her publications had been cited at least 86 times at the time we filed the case; nearly all of the citations were by independent researchers around the world, demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field.  The importance of her work was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[Client’s] current role as an Assistant Research Scientist in Veterinary Pathobiology at Texas A&M University where she studies the molecular biology and interaction between Cryptosporidium parvum and host cells as well as evaluates marketed drugs to be used as anti-cryptosporidial agents certainly holds many further advances for the United States in health research technology.” Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. Her NIW petition was approved in 6 months and 16 days.
