Case Summary:

The client that North America Immigration Law GroupWeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with in this case was a postdoctoral researcher from Taiwan. His work has focused specifically on employing gene regulation, protein sorting, and the evaluation of the life and behavioral cycles of various specialized cell types to the enhanced understanding of pregnancy and ways to maintain the health of pregnant women, as well as to cancer progression and metastasis. We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, including 10 peer-reviewed journal articles (3 of them first-authored) and 6 conference posters. His publications had been cited at least 254 times at the time we filed the case; nearly all of the citations were by independent researchers around the world, demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field.  The importance of his work was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “He [client] offers plenty of yet-to-be discovered accelerations in our fundamental understanding given his track record of outstanding, forward-thinking research. For these reasons, it is my hope that my trust in [client’s] character be properly justified by these statements and ultimately result in continued national support for a leader in the scientific community.” Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in 3 months and 20 days.
