Case Summary:
A staff scientist from China hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to build and file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) case for her. Besides chronicling our client’s Ph.D. in Microbiology, we included other relevant evidence of her unique skillsets and knowledge.
