Case Summary:

With a M.Sc. in Chemistry, a Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences, and a record of notable successes in his field, our client stood a good chance of EB2-NIW (National Interest Waiver) approval, but without a doubt, our detailed preparation and exhaustive presentation of evidence contributed substantially to the approval of his I-140 petition. Our firm successfully established that his efforts have improved diagnostic methods for cancer, and moreover that these newer methods are more affordable, easier to execute, and more sustainable that older methods.

In a letter included with the petition we prepared, one of our client’s recommenders agreed that his work is important to the field of Cancer Biology. He said, “His work has identified a low-cost alternative to existing radiolabelling and radiotherapy techniques, providing new methods for cancer diagnosis and therapy, areas of critical importance to our ability to fight against cancer. These molecules are also available to more people due to their low operating costs, showing that [Client’s] research has not just influenced an extensive portion of the population but actually increased the number of people these techniques are available to.”

Our presentation of our client’s career highlighted his 12 publications, all of which appeared in his field’s top scientific journals. These publications led to the 72 citations, which, we argued, confirm the value of his work. This scientist’s EB2- National Interest Waiver petition was approved after a little over 10 months, and the approval notice serves as yet another example of North America Immigration Law Group’s unwavering commitment to the success of every one of our clients’ I-140 petitions.
