Case Summary:

A research associate from China hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to help him secure EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition approval. Several months of hard work led to the filing of a strong EB1A petition which contained an array of information related to our client’s work in the field of analytical chemistry. Although our client had a strong case, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE), to which we rapidly responded. We successfully dealt with all hesitations about our client’s credentials, and we are happy to list his case among our many success stories.

Putting together a relevant petition dossier:

As part of our services, we collected a wealth of information pertaining to our client’s academic achievements. We then sorted through all the data and carefully selected which information to include in the EB1A petition. In this case, we listed our client’s 11 peer-reviewed scientific articles, 1 book chapter, 1 seminar, and 8 conference presentations. We also highlighted the 44 times he judged the work of his peers and the 141 times his work was cited by other researchers.

To further fortify our client’s EB1A petition, we incorporated six recommendation letters signed by other well-known experts in the field. These letters explained the importance of our client’s research on the development, characterization, and implementation of carbon nanomaterials, and undoubtedly lent a hand in case approval.

We are glad that our hard work paid off and that we were able to convince the USCIS to approve our client’s EB1A petition. We thank him for choosing us to represent his I-140 petition, and we guarantee him the same commitment as we work together on the I-485 application.
