Case Summary:
A postdoctoral associate engaged North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to help him file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. At first glance, his doctoral degree and extensive experience in the field of biomedical engineering made him a suitable candidate for EB-2 NIW. After carefully evaluating his credentials to be sure that we build a strong case, we determined that he qualified for the national interest waiver.

Despite waiting 14 months and 8 days, our client finally secured NIW petition approval. The reason why it took longer than the expected 4-9 months is because the petition was issued a Request for Evidence (RFE).
