Case Summary:

Another exceptional client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the pleasure of working with is a subsidiary of a small company in China, based in Alabama, whose business is remodeling and home repair projects.  The petitioner sought permanent residence for the beneficiary in the United States so that she could work exclusively for the U.S. subsidiary as a General Manager.  The company acted as the sponsoring employer in this case, proving that the beneficiary had worked full-time as a manager for the foreign company for at least one year, that the beneficiary will work as a manager for the U.S. subsidiary, and their ability to pay the beneficiary’s salary. We submitted substantial evidence regarding the relationship between the foreign company and the U.S. subsidiary and their ability to pay the beneficiary’s salary.  We also submitted substantial evidence showing that the beneficiary had worked full-time as a manager for the foreign company for at least one year. The petition was approved in 5 weeks after the RFE response.
