Case Summary:

We illuminated his outstanding achievements, including the 6 peer-reviewed scientific articles, 1 book chapter, 4 presentations, and the 16 peer-reviews he had conducted for high-impact scientific journals at the time of filing. We also listed his citation record which accounts to at least 166 citations from other researchers.
In order to further enhance the chances of success of our client’s EB-1A petition, we incorporated recommendation letters from several other industry experts. One of them stated: “[Client] is exploring the utilization of the immune system for combatting cancer cells, once again expanding treatment options in an area where they are desperately needed”.
Responding to the RFE:
We encountered several speedbumps along with way to petition approval. It involved responding to a Request for Evidence (RFE) and raising two service requests. Our client even contacted his congressperson twice.
