A postdoctoral research fellow engaged the proficient services of our law firm to help him construct an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition representing his case. In order to receive the petition approval, he was required to display his extraordinary ability. So, as he held a Ph.D. in pharmacology and many years of notable merits in the same field, also, his research has been published in some of the most impacting journals, and the applications of these methodologies are effectively endless in a variety of areas such as public health and the study of disease. Thus, we were certain of his extraordinary capabilities and started preparing his case efficiently and effectively.
To strengthen our client’s case, we detailed his research on the application of molecular biology methods to the treatment of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases and has already greatly advanced the national interest through improving field-wide methods, techniques, and tools for studying the molecular and cellular pathways involved in disease. His research addresses some of our nation’s and the world’s most pressing issues, including the global health burdens of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and inflammatory pain.
Also, we noted the 29 peer-reviewed scientific articles and 1 patent application he published, garnered 316 citations by individual researchers in at least 32 countries, suggesting his strong background in cardiovascular disease, pharmacology, and molecular biology which has allowed his research to be original, following in his success in basically transforming research into the molecular biology of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. This impacted other researchers widely.
Not only the intrinsic value of his research, his publication, and the citation record prove him to be one of the foremost scientists working in the pharmacology field but we also observed that he had already conducted 30 reviews for highly acclaimed journals as a peer-reviewer, thereby highlighting his surpassing hold in the field.
To corroborate his case further, we advised our client to approach a few experts in the field and request recommendation letters. Five of the well-known researchers obliged and signed for the testimonial. One of the independent advisors stated:
“[Client] possesses several key experimental and analytical skills…. His dynamic pharmacological expertise allows him to produce meaningful research on topics related to cardiology, vascular biology, drug screening, diabetes, and more. On account of the strides that he has made for the field, I am fully supportive of him and his research.”
Thanks to Premium Processing, our client achieved his EB-1A petition approval just in 9 days.
This EB-1A petition approval permits our client to partake in the final part of the green card process i.e. I-485 application. We thank our client for choosing us to represent his EB1A case as well as retaining us for his I-485. We would also like to congratulate him on this milestone.
