Merely 2 weeks after North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a French instructor, the USCIS approved her case. From the 779 times her 13 publications were cited to the 40 times she had judged the work of her peers, we left no stone unturned.
