With a doctoral degree and years of experience progressing the field of organic chemistry, our client had suitable qualifications to file his I-140 petition under EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability). After our client signed and returned the contract, we worked diligently to compile an EB-1A petition packet that highlighted his copious professional achievements. Here are some of the petition’s main points:
