Case Summary:
The field of electrical engineering has seen much progress since our client dedicated himself to developing low-power, high-density, and cost-effective magnetic and spintronic devices for next-generation computing and storage systems. Being a senior research and development engineer, it comes as no surprise that he conducts research that yields impactful results for his company, the United States, and the field as a whole.
At the end of last year, our client engaged our services to help him obtain a green card. Five months into the contract, we filed an I-140 EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on his behalf. Obtaining an I-140 EB-1A petition approval meant that our client had overcome the first hurdle in the two-part green card process.
