Client’s Testimonial:
“选择Wegreened非常省心,自己认真写完Research Summary, 剩下的事情就基本上由律师完成。律师起草的推荐信和PL,我没有做大的改动。整个申请过程中律师非常负责,帮我纠正了多个小错误;在是不是PP,何时PP等关键问题上,律师也给了我很好的建议。总而言之,该律所做事可靠,值得信赖。”
"Choosing Wegreened to assist with filing my petition saved me a lot of worries. I only needed to focus on writing my research summary and the attorney basically took charge of the rest of the work. I did not make any major revisions to the recommendation letters and the Petition Letter written by the attorney. During the process of preparing my petition, the attorney was very responsible and helped correct many of my mistakes. The attorney also advised me on some crucial points, such as what Premium Processing is and when to use the Premium Processing service. To sum up, the law firm is reliable and trustworthy."

Case Summary:
With a Ph.D. in Immunology obtained from a top university in his birth country of China, our client boasts many years of experience researching the field of oncology. His work has resulted in various benefits for the United States, most of which are related to the study of genes and molecular regulations and the mechanisms that affect them. When he approached North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition, we thoroughly reviewed his credentials to be sure that we could build a strong case for him. Once we confirmed that we could, we started the process of putting together his EB-1A petition.
Presenting our client’s achievements:
EB-1A is upheld by a very high standard of law and not everyone who files an I-140 petition under this category obtains case approval. We knew that we had to be very meticulous in presenting the many benefits our client’s work has to the US. We did this by detailing his citation count, publication record, and peer review experience. At the time of filing, our client’s work had gathered 148 citations, he had published 18 articles, and he had conducted 45 peer reviews for scientific journals. These figures proved the importance of our client’s findings not just to the nation as a whole but to other researchers who are also progressing the important field of oncology.
Alongside this evidence were six recommendation letters provided by other experts in the field. These letters briefly discussed our client’s research and strongly advocated for the approval of his EB-1A petition. According to one of our client’s recommenders: “Not only does his record of research, considered both in general and in detail, speak for itself, but progress in his area of expertise, molecular immunology, is of immediate consequence to the nation’s healthcare system.”
Because our client chose to upgrade his case to Premium Processing (PP) not long after it was filed, the USCIS only spent a total of 25 days adjudicating his case before granting their approval. We are pleased that they did not issue a Request for Evidence (RFE), and we congratulate our client for moving a step closer to green card success.
