Case Summary:

A Chinese postdoctoral fellow engaged in proteomics research hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to help him obtain I-140 EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) approval. As the first step in the two-part green card process, an approved I-140 would help him move closer to permanent residency in the United States.
