Case Summary:

A cardiology fellow working at a prominent medical institution in the United States contacted North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help her file an EB-1A petition. She possesses a medical degree obtained from her birth country of China and has years of experience in the field of biomedical science. Her work leads to potential applications such as the development of more powerful and safer chemotherapy agents that treat cancers resistant to conventional forms of treatment, as well as the improvement of cardiovascular health in patients during and after their cancer treatment procedures. Undoubtedly, these areas of expertise are beneficial to the United States and it was our job to prove it to the USCIS. This allows her to rise above many of her peers and make discoveries that are not only interesting scientifically but are also relevant to the improvement of human health.” Similar words of appreciation in the other letters endorsed our client’s eligibility for an EB1A approval.

We filed our client’s case using Premium Processing (PP), which calls for action to be taken on the case within 15 days (it normally takes between 4 to 9 months). Unfortunately, our client’s EB-1A petition was issued a Request for Evidence (RFE). Even so, the adept handling of the RFE by our firm ensured that the EB1A was approved roughly 2 months after the RFE was issued.
