Case Summary:

Another exceptional client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the pleasure of working with was a research fellow from India working in the field of nutritional epidemiology.  Her work had focused on the relationship between cardiovascular disease risk factors and bone health in high risk and understudied populations. To achieve success in this case, we submitted extensive documentation proving our client’s highly significant contributions to the field of nutritional epidemiology, including at least 10 peer-reviewed articles published in leading field journals and 16 conference presentations to national and international audiences. Her publications had been cited at least 150 times at the time of case filing, clearly demonstrating that she had influenced her field and garnered international acclaim.  In addition, her professional service as a reviewer of manuscripts for publication had been requested by 8 top-tier field journals. Of her accomplishments, one of the independent recommenders remarked: “I can say without reservation that [the client] has made and continues to make invaluable contributions to research in nutrition and epidemiology. These are sure to be of national importance and will be critical in guiding public recommendations and health policy. I’m certain that [the client] will continue to be at the forefront of developments in the field…” It was our goal to prove that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability given that she sought to remain in the United States to continue work in the area of nutritional epidemiology, and that her continued research would substantially and prospectively benefit the United States.  With the proof and documentation that we provided, her case was approved in just 1 ½  months.
