Success Story: EB1A (EB1-EA) approval in 10 days after upgrading to premium processing for Radiation Transfer Expert
EB1A (EB1-EA) approval in 10 days after upgrading to premium processing for Radiation Transfer Expert. (Approval Notice)
Case Summary:
On November 20th, the U.S.C.I.S. granted an EB1A (EB1-EA) case to one of our clients whose work was focused on aerosol microphysics and radiation transfer. For this case, we petitioned the USCIS on behalf of our client who was employed at a university in Nevada.
To appeal to the USCIS, we demonstrated our client’s expertise in Engineering of Aerosol-Based Advanced Materials and the various energy applications for his research in nine letters of recommendation. In this petition, we successfully argued the importance of the client’s expertise in Aerosol Science underlining investigation into the role of aerosols in the atmosphere and the formation mechanism of aerosols with applications in nanoparticle engineering and aerosol gel synthesis.
In fact, our client’s work in environmental protection was a feature we developed to demonstrate the importance of his research. In addition, Chen Immigration Law Associates also clearly showed our client’s major media recognition was significant to the U.S.C.I.S.’s positive adjudication of his case without any RFE.
