Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law Group was approached to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition for a postdoctoral scholar holding a Ph.D. in mechanical science and engineering and researching the field of machine learning. As a part of our legal services, we evaluated his professional achievements and academic accolades and confirmed that our client displayed the ability to secure the national interest waiver approval.
