Case Summary:

For this EB-2 NIW case, we worked closely with a Postdoctoral Researcher in the field of Diagnostic Radiology. Our client’s work focuses on the application of novel color Doppler ultrasonography and the development of noninvasive diagnostic tools for the detection of various pathological conditions. His research has made fundamental breakthroughs in the healthcare industry by addressing the inherent flaws of conventional diagnostic tools, namely their cost-effectiveness and accessibility. His work has culminated in numerous conference proceedings and 39 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts that were published in the top journals of his field. These publications have been cited 112 times by independent researchers worldwide, and the demand for his research has resulted in multiple invitations to speak at internationally conferences, demonstrating the global significance of his contributions. The importance of his work to the national interest was validated by an independent recommender, who stated, “25% of all deaths in the United States are cardiac related…Heart transplantation can be an option for some lucky patients, but the discrepancy between donors and patients makes the effective treatment of all a sad impossibility. Because of this, I reiterate that I wish to see [Client] continue this superb research... The realization of this research's applications will be a godsend for American patients with heart disease and other cardiovascular issues. Supporting [Client’s] research…is a crucial component of any strategy for the effective treatment of these patients.”With the extensive and thorough documentation that we provided, we were able to prove that our client’s technological advancements and continued research have substantial merits for our country and the research community as a whole, thus he has served the nation to a significantly greater degree than that of others with similar education and experience. We were met with success when his NIW petition was approved in 9 months and 4 days.
