Client’s Testimonial:

Thank you very much for helping out through the painful NIW application processes. Without your well-written petition letter, drafts of recommendation letters, I don't think I could able to get my NIW approved. I will highly recommend WeGreened Team [North America Immigration Law Group] to all my friends [...] who want to apply for a green card [...] Thank you!

Case Summary:

In this case, the client that North America Immigration Law Group - WeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with was a Postdoctoral Research Fellowfrom Taiwan.  His work had focused specifically on the study of gene expression in diseases, specifically breast cancer, lung cancer, and endometriosis.  We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, including 8 peer-reviewed journal articles, in addition to numerous conference papers. These publications had been cited at least 387 times at the time of case filing by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work.  The influence of his work was confirmed in the following quote from a recommender, “[His] work in the area of breast cancer is of great importance for our nation. He has shown the ability to use a wide range of tools in the lab to study previously uncharted topics. And his work in finding solutions for the problems associated with TNBCs will lead to new therapies, such as antagomiR therapies, that potentiate kinase inhibitor therapy that currently does not work.”  Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in 6 months and 9 days.
