Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law Group (NAmILG) was approached by a researcher based in Maryland to document an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. With a Ph.D. in natural sciences and a detailed advisory evaluation of his educational credentials, he qualified as a member of the professions holding an exceptional degree.

We probed into his proposed research before agreeing to take his case, and we noted that he intended to continue his work on mosquito olfaction to create mosquito attractants and repellents, and it is essential because it prevents mosquito-borne diseases.
