“[Client’s] work has consistently demonstrated his dedication and commitment to the practice of research science. His achievements have been at the forefront of therapeutic ultrasound. His efforts are an important part of ensuring that the United States continues to be the world leader in medical technology.”
This quote was taken from one of the testimonials a specialist in the field of biomedical engineering provided in support of our client’s EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. A senior biomedical engineer from South Korea, our client has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. An important element of his case was our demonstration that he will continue to make significant contributions to the scientific community and to the United States as a whole. His research efforts focus on developing and refining new ultrasound techniques for non-invasive therapeutic procedures with applications in biomedical research, brain cancer therapy, and other tissue ablation. Besides including a clear and thorough account of his research, we established the value of his work by highlighting his 43 citations and 11 published papers.
Our team worked diligently on this case. We were issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) during the I-140 stage, and we responded efficiently and effectively. We also raised a service request during the I-485 stage. Our attention to detail contributed to our client’s NIW and I-485 approval. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our client on getting his green card, and to wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors here in the United States.
