A little less than eight months after we filed an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on our client’s behalf, Nebraska Service Center informed us that they had approved the case. Our client, a postdoctoral scientist from China, is working in the field of pharmacognosy. His studies focus on infectious disease treatment development and early diagnosis. We established that not only does our client’s work impact American pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, it also contributes to the nation’s wellbeing and overall health.
