Fantastic news and great job done by your firm. I have enjoyed the professional and amazing service provided by all the staff working for me. Even before any approval, I did feel that you firm was doing an amazing quality work and started referring my friends to apply for their NIW cases by your law firm.

Case Summary:

This time we were given the opportunity to work with a computational engineer from Iran specializing in computational simulations and investigations with relevance to ocean phenomena, especially in regards to density currents. We submitted extensive documentation proving the high significance of his contributions to his field, including his 5 peer-reviewed journal articles as well as 18 conference papers – a body of work that had received 20 citations by the time we filed his case. The great majority of these citations are from independent researchers distributed worldwide, demonstrating the wide reliance upon and recognition of our client’s work in his field. An independent recommender affirmed the importance of his work: “The United States is surrounded by coastal regions profoundly affected by gravity currents, and so a predictive model would be a boon to coastal engineering in the country.  [Client’s] model will aid the fuel industry in reducing the number of sampling wells used in finding suitable oil harvesting locations, greatly reducing the costs and environmental impact of these practices.” We successfully demonstrated that our client’s continued employment in the field would benefit the people of the United States as a whole as well as his fellow researchers, and argued that he would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in 5 months and 23 days.
