Client’s Testimonial:
This team lives up to your ideals about how an attorney should be: punctual, prepared, organized, and professional. They filed a petition for I140 through NIW-EB2 on my behalf and I received an approval notice in less than 5 months. Chen Immigration team has made this process from the very beginning to the end very smooth. I am glad to recommend them to anyone planning to file for an NIW.

In this case we were offered the opportunity to work with an Iranian coastal engineer, who had focused specifically on tsunami generation and propagation to properly design coastal structures. As part of our successful strategy for our client’s case, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, which included 3 peer-reviewed journal articles, 1 book chapter, and numerous conference papers and presentations. This work had received at least 109 citations by the time we filed his case, nearly all of which were by independent researchers around the world, demonstrating the wide recognition of and reliance upon our client’s work in his field. We also showed that his continued employment in his field would benefit both his field as a whole and the people of the United States in general. An independent recommender confirmed the importance of his work: “[Client] found significant deficiencies in the current estimates of tsunami-bore velocity and direction during the evaluation of tsunami-induced hydrodynamic forces on structures. Without an accurate understanding of the interactions between tsunami and structure, coastal communities are left in significant danger of destruction due to tsunamis.” We successfully argued that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in four months and thirteen days.
