Case Summary:

The client that North America Immigration Law Group - WeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with in this case was a Professor in Iran.  His work had focused specifically on plasma physics and the Free-Electron Laser (FEL).  We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, including 74 peer-reviewed journal articles and numerous conference papers. At the time we filed his case, these publications had been cited at least 285 times by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work.  The importance of his work was confirmed in the following quote from a recommender, “Besides the clear importance of [his] Work to industries utilizing beat heating and Raman scattering in plasma, understanding complex physical processes is a pressing challenge in the scientific community. Based on a career of successful research, [he] has proven that he has the ability to contribute in significant ways to physical studies, and moreover, much of his work has direct relevance to applications in industry, research, and the military.”  Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in 6 months and 7 days.
