Case Summary:

Holder of a Ph.D. in biotechnology, an associate professor hired North America Immigration Law Group to help him in filing an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. Before taking our client’s case, we assessed his qualification and expertise in the field. Besides, we analyzed that many of his writings have been among the most cited in the field, suggesting both the originality and significance of his methods and results. He had been frequently invited to conduct peer reviews for prominent journals as well, and he has completed 35 peer reviews to date, further confirming his transcendent standing in his area of research.
• To corroborate further, we added four letters of support, obtained by our client’s fellow experts. They provided more insights into his work. One of them stated:

“In the United States, the biopharmaceutical industry accounts for over a trillion dollars in yearly sales, of which the biotechnology sector represents a large portion. Producing large profits and occupying a key position in the United States economy, the biopharmaceutical industry is an invaluable component of the nation’s economic portfolio… [Client’s] work to develop useful devices for monitoring of cellular processes makes his experimentation vital to the continued economic stability and success of the United States medical sector. Thus, his work is highly valuable to the nation.”
